Return & Refund Policy

At YANCIANDFRIENDS, every item is released as part of a limited collectible drop. Because our products are made in limited quantities and may sell out permanently, all purchases are considered collectible release items.

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, but because these items are limited and may not be restocked, returns are handled under the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, used, washed, or missing parts.
  • Everything originally included in the package must be returned.
  • This includes the product, packaging, tags, cards, certificates, stickers, accessories, inserts, or any other included items.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If anything from the original package is missing, damaged, or not returned, the return may be denied or the refund amount may be reduced.

Refund Amount

Because each product is part of a limited collectible release, approved returns will receive a refund of 70% of the original product price paid.

The remaining 30% is non-refundable and helps cover limited-release handling, processing, restocking, packaging, and collectible release costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Example Refund

If a customer pays $100 for a product and the return is approved:

  • Original product price: $100
  • Refund amount: 70%
  • Customer receives: $70
  • Non-refundable amount: $30
  • Customer also pays all return shipping costs

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected once received.

If the product or package is returned incomplete, damaged, used, or missing any original items, we reserve the right to deny the refund or reduce the refund amount.

Final Sale Items

you cannot cancel order once order has been fulfilled and placed. You can return the order and receive a 70% refund as described above..

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days  of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

We will review the issue and help resolve it.
