Every product is part of a limited collectible release, and each order is handled with care. Because many of our items are released in small quantities and may not restock once sold out, we ask customers to carefully review their shipping information before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow [3days - 8days ] for your order to be processed before it ships.

Processing times may be longer during limited drops, holidays, high order volume, or special release periods.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.

YANCIANDFRIENDS cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, package size, and package weight.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs at the time of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check your name, address, apartment number, city, state, ZIP code, and email before placing your order.

YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, front desk, mailroom, or local post office.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [insert number of days, example: 48 hours] of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the situation and help resolve it when possible.

Limited Collectible Release Shipping

Because YANCIANDFRIENDS products are limited collectible items, some products may not be replaceable if they are sold out.

If an item is damaged, lost, or unavailable for replacement, we will review the issue based on the situation and our store policies.

Replacement is not guaranteed for sold-out limited release items.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be sold as pre-orders or made-to-order items.

If an item is a pre-order or made-to-order product, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be listed on the product page when available.

Pre-order and made-to-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production delays, material delays, high demand, or other unexpected issues.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the customer’s location and the shipping options shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.

YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

If an international package is refused or returned because of unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs or additional fees.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to YANCIANDFRIENDS because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, the order may be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please allow time for the tracking number to update after it has been created.
