1. Limited Collectible Releases
YANCIANDFRIENDS products are sold as part of limited collectible releases. Many items are made in small quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
Because of this, availability is not guaranteed until your order is completed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, refuse service, or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because our items may be released in limited drops, products can sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. Your order is only confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation.
3. Product Details
We do our best to display accurate product photos, descriptions, colors, sizes, and details.
Please understand that handmade, collectible, tufted, plush, art, or custom-style products may have small differences from item to item. These small differences are part of the collectible and handmade nature of the product.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or device settings.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
This includes your name, shipping address, billing information, email address, and payment details.
YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified or processed.
7. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other issues outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and correct shipping address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are part of limited collectible releases, returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved returns may receive a refund of 70% of the original product price paid.
The remaining 30% is non-refundable and helps cover limited-release handling, processing, restocking, packaging, and collectible release costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All original items included in the package must be returned to qualify for the approved refund amount. This includes the product, packaging, tags, cards, certificates, stickers, accessories, inserts, or any other included items.

9. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as Final Sale.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by law.
This may include limited drops, special releases, one-of-one pieces, custom items, discounted items, or products clearly marked as Final Sale.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the situation and help resolve it when possible.
11. Collectible Item Care
YANCIANDFRIENDS products may be collectible art items and should be handled with care.
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product. YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, cleaning, hanging, storage, or display.
12. Intellectual Property
All artwork, characters, designs, logos, product names, photos, graphics, website content, and branding belong to YANCIANDFRIENDS, YANCIBALORE, SPENCER ARANGO unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use our artwork, characters, images, designs, logos, or brand content without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not give the customer ownership rights to the artwork, character, brand, design, or intellectual property.
13. Personal Use Only
Products purchased from YANCIANDFRIENDS are intended for personal use or collection.
You may not use our products, artwork, characters, photos, or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
14. Resale
YANCIANDFRIENDS is not responsible for products purchased from resellers, third-party sellers, or unauthorized websites.
We cannot guarantee authenticity, condition, pricing, or customer support for items not purchased directly from our official website.
15. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for anything illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security, function, or operation of our website.
16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or block access to our website if we believe a customer is violating these terms, abusing our policies, committing fraud, or acting in a harmful way toward our brand, store, or community.

If an order is canceled by YANCIANDFRIENDS, the customer will be refunded according to the payment method used at checkout.
